Shipping Policy

At EcoWear, we’re committed to delivering your sustainable fashion quickly, responsibly, and with the planet in mind. All our shipments are 100% carbon-neutral, thanks to our partnership with Sendle, the first fully carbon-neutral shipping service in the U.S. and Australia.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): FREE on orders over $75.

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Available for an additional fee at checkout.

  • Local Pickup: Available at our Laguna Beach store—save on shipping and packaging!

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or holidays.

Packaging

We proudly use TIPA® compostable packaging—your order will arrive in eco-friendly materials that can be composted at home or through industrial composting facilities.

Shipping Areas

  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

  • International shipping is not available at this time—but stay tuned!

Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships, allowing you to monitor your shipment every step of the way.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at support@ecowear.com or call us at (949) 555-3275 within 7 days of delivery.

Return & Refund Policy

At EcoWear, we want you to love what you wear—while feeling good about how it’s made. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!

Returns & Exchanges:

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Return:

  1. Email our team at returns@ecowear.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We'll send you a prepaid return label (eco-friendly, of course!).

  3. Pack your item securely and drop it off at any postal location.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your return.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

Exchanges:

  • Need a different size or color? No problem! Let us know in your return email, and we'll ship your new item as soon as we receive the original.

Sustainability Bonus:

  • Returning customers who choose store credit instead of a refund will receive a 10% bonus as a thank you for supporting sustainable shopping!
